Individual Therapy

Individual therapy consists of 55 minutes of one-on-one counseling with a licensed therapist. It’s a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgment.

    Unlike group therapy, individual therapy allows you to focus solely on your issues and goals, receiving tailored guidance from your therapist.

  • Safe Space

    Your therapy session is a private and safe environment where you can express your feelings freely

  • Skill Development

    Therapists can help you develop coping strategies and tools to manage your emotions and stressors effectively.

  • Healing from Trauma

    If you’ve experienced abuse or trauma, individual therapy can provide a structured way to process these experiences and find healing.

  • Insurances Accepted

    Mother Glow Therapy accepts Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna and Kaiser Permanente. There is also an option for self-pay.

Coaching Groups

Our coaching groups are all about creating a supportive environment for moms who want to connect, share, and learn from each other. Groups consist of 10 or fewer members and meet weekly for 4 weeks, providing an intimate setting for meaningful conversations and lasting connections.
